Global Disclosure Day 2024, Let the Excrement Flow.

Greetings. Global Disclosure Day 2024. Brought to you by the New Paradigm Institute. What a pile of crap.

"This first-of-its-kind event will feature notable speakers in the Disclosure movement, testimonials from local activist groups, and special videos about the latest information on UAP. We are witnessing a major sea change in the history of the UFO/UAP campaign. Up until very recently, the onus was on the movement to prove UFOs were real. Now, so much information has come out at such high levels of the US Government that the burden is now on those who tried to keep UFOs a secret to prove that they are NOT real. We are in a new time." Bullshit.

All the recent talk about UFOs from people who have served as public servants in the United States government is just that and nothing more, talk. What has the UFO subculture had for the past eight or so decades? Anecdotal stories. Talk, talk, and more talk. Nothing has changed at all, and there certainly has not been a "major sea change." No physical evidence has surfaced, no new information has come to light, with the new players in the UFO game just replacements for the old guard of celebrities.

UFOs are real? Of course they are! People all around the world misidentify mundane phenomena each and every day. The real question has always been really centered, at least in the UFO research community, on what UFOs actually are, and if any of them are examples of non-terrestrial technology or truly anomalous phenomena. Unfortunately, some people in the UFO arena are too ignorant to ask the correct questions in the correct manner, a situation which is not that unexpected considering the overall ignorance of human society nowadays.

"Now, so much information has come out at such high levels of the US Government that the burden is now on those who tried to keep UFOs a secret to prove that they are NOT real." Who has attempted to keep UFOs a secret? Name names! As I stated in the previous paragraph, UFOs are real, and always have been, but a small percentage have remained unexplained. Are people so dense that they are unable to understand that particular concept? Seems so, especially in the tinfoil hat wearing, pseudoscientific UFO subculture.

Here we have Mr. Steve Bassett, the founder of Paradigm Research Institute and co-founder of Hollywood Disclosure Alliance. For decades Bassett has claimed that disclosure has been just around the corner, yet nothing has occurred. Bassett is also of the mindset that it is up to skeptics to prove that UFOs are not extraterrestrials. Talk about an idiotic point of view. To be perfectly clear, the onus is squarely on the claimant to provide proof and evidence to support their declarations, not the other way around! So, prove it Mr. Bassett!

Here we have Mr. Ross Coulthart, 2023 winner of Australia's Bent Spoon Award for his uncritical journalism concerning his belief that governments are covering up wreckage of downed extraterrestrial spacecraft and the bodies of their pilots. When combined with the violent rhetoric that Coulthart has been spewing as of late, his presence at the Global Disclosure Day 2024 event is a complete, but not unexpected embarrassment. A favorite of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies to be sure, and certainly for the following bowtied lapdog.

Here we have Mr. Rich Hoffman, one of the UFO subculture's good ol' boys, a co-founder and Executive Board Member of the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU.) Hoffman has a great deal of experience with UFO research, having been a member of the cult of MUFON for decades, so he should know better than to be associated with these wackadoodles, but Hoffman has lost his way, so he is now a willing participant in the UFO circus. Hoffman's professional credibility is lost, never to be recovered, all the result of his own ill-advised, embarrassing choices.

Here we have Mr. Karl Nell, who has stated, "I am speaking to you today to tell you, there is zero doubt that this is absolutely true. I know this, personally." That is an opinion, where is the tangible evidence Sir? All apologies Sir, are we all supposed to just take your word for it. Sorry, military credentials are not a part of the scientific method, nor do they convey trustworthiness. More bullshit.

Here we have Ms. Chrissy Newton, the host of “Alien Encounters: Fact or Fiction” and writer and podcaster for The Debrief. What are her scientific credentials? What are her educational credentials and qualifications? Has she conducted legitimate scientific investigations of the UFO problem? Unknown, likely not, for if she had, such efforts would be featured as a part of her bio, but alas.... Is she just another UFO celebrity, another talking head in the UFO entertainment industry? Of course she is.

Don't take my word for it. Look for red flags, and don't ignore them! Conduct your own research, specifically into the backgrounds of these individuals. Have they provided any tangible proof or evidence, or have they only provided claims and unsupported opinions? Do they want you to just trust them? Seems so, but only after you pay to attend their talks.

Don't be a sucker!

In closing, my opinions and thoughts about Global Disclosure Day 2024 are my own. If they are not popular, I couldn't care less. I am not attempting to sell a book, or a podcast, or a silly show about nothing, nor am I willing to make a fool of myself in the effort to gain some fame or notoriety. However, I strongly encourage candid and straightforward discussions about the event, and the current rhetoric being promoted in the UFO subculture.

Thank you for your time and indulgence.
